This is a new villa completed in 2009.
Village location.
Village and sea views. No immediate neighbours.
We are told that the standard that we provide is better than others in the area.
We have the legally necessary EOT from the Greek Tourist Board.
When you book we send you a map of Kefalonia so that you can start to plan your holiday.
The hire car we arrange for you is included in the pricing.
We supply a welcome pack in case you arrive late.
We provide a self entry key safe.
Your tiled pool is 7metres x 4metres with automatic night lighting. 
The caretakers for the villa and pool are English
The villa has one twin room and a double room with en-suite. Both have fitted wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have their own balconies with table & chairs.
There are THREE bath/shower rooms and all with toilets.
We have UK specification drainage so NO paper in bins as is the norm throughout Greece.
Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room.
We supply all linen, pool and house towels, but ask clients to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is of the highest quality with granite worktops and quality equipment.
Large fridge freezer, dishwasher, a washing machine plus an oven, microwave, and touch control electric hob with extractor.

Dear Lesley, at last we have had a moment to e-mail you about our wonderful holiday in Villa Kef. The whole experience was fantastic and it took us a while to settle when we came home...wished we were still there! It started off well from the moment we booked as we were able to chat to you directly with any questions that we had. Your directions from the airport to the villa were excellent and tips about local tavernas,services etc very useful. Villa Kef was a delight and a breath of fresh air. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the village location, even chasing the sheep away from the garden! The pool was clean and a pleasure to use. Mick (the pool man) was friendly and helpful, giving us info about Kefalonia and places to visit. We had a thoroughly relaxing week in Villa Kef and would definitely use it again and recommend it to friends. Very best wishes, Jane and Brian Alexander.
